Monday - Thursday     10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Friday                          10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday                      10:00 am – 3:00 pm

We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

Physiotherapy sessions

The Initial session will include a thorough interview by the therapist to understand your concerns, establish goals, and to set the expectations. There will be a physical examination to further assess your function and likely impairments, followed by treatment (consisting of education, hands-on therapy, personalised guided exercises for you to start your recovery process)

How to better prepare for your session?

If you have consulted a healthcare professional, do bring along your referral letter and any scans or report to help us better understand your condition.

If this is your first time visiting us, do arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment for registration.

Cancellation/ Rescheduling

Kins Physio & Pilates will remind you of your appointment via WhatsApp 48hrs in advance.

Kindly inform us if you will need to reschedule to avoid a late cancellation fee.
